A luxury residential developer in Central London is seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to oversee high-rise residential projects. The candidate should have at least 4 years’ experience, a strong background with main contractors, and be familiar with electrical systems from installation to QA processes. Certification in current electrical regulations and First Aid training are required. This role involves managing teams, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + package

A luxury residential developer has a great opportunity for an Electrical Manager to join them on a permanent basis, based out of their Central London offices.
The company has been operating for close to 30 years, developing and building luxury residential properties in prime locations across London.
They are looking for an Electrical Manager to work on high‑rise, luxury residential schemes in Central London, up to 75 storeys high.
