Job summary
A growing property management company in Milton Keynes is seeking a dedicated Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a varied portfolio of commercial properties. You will manage lease renewals, cost savings initiatives, and negotiate commercial terms with landlords. The ideal candidate should have experience managing large portfolios, strong negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of property legislation. This position offers a competitive salary up to £90K plus a bonus scheme, car allowance, and significant opportunities for growth within the company.
