Job summary
A respected national developer in Bury St Edmunds is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a volume housing development. You will take responsibility for site management, ensuring safety and quality standards are met throughout the project. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in traditional build construction and possess leadership and organisational skills. Competitive salary and benefits package offered.

- Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager on volume housebuilding schemes.
- Strong technical knowledge of traditional build construction.
- Solid track record of delivering housing projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Management of all site activity.
- Leading site teams, trades, and subcontractors.
- Ensuring works are delivered on time to NHBC / company standards.
- Managing health & safety documentation and compliance.
- Coordinating materials, logistics, and short-term programming.
- Conducting regular inspections and progress meetings.
