• Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager on volume housebuilding schemes.
• Strong technical knowledge of traditional build construction.
• Solid track record of delivering housing projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Management of all site activity.
• Leading site teams, trades, and subcontractors.
• Ensuring works are delivered on time to NHBC / company standards.
• Managing health & safety documentation and compliance.
• Coordinating materials, logistics, and short-term programming.
• Conducting regular inspections and progress meetings.
