Nestled in glorious countryside, our client is a multi-award-winning exclusive venue specialising in weddings, celebrations, and luxury holiday lettings. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional experiences and the highest standards of service.
This is a unique opportunity to take the helm of a beautiful venue, combining operational excellence with outstanding guest service. You'll lead a dedicated team, manage daily operations, and ensure every wedding and guest experience exceeds expectations.
This role operates across 5 days per week with flexibility required during the wedding season. Weekend work is essential to the nature of the business, with at least one scheduled weekend off per month guaranteed.
