A leading utilities firm is seeking a Project Coordinator in Manchester to ensure smooth project delivery from inquiry to completion. Responsibilities include managing project documents, supporting project managers, and maintaining communication with customers and suppliers. Ideal candidates will have experience in the utilities sector, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude. This position offers opportunities for career development and a comprehensive benefits package including a pension plan and 24 annual leave.
Our ICP team is growing, and we're looking for a Project Coordinator who can keep everything running smoothly from first enquiry through to delivery.
You'll be part of the team who keeps programmes up to date, documents in order and communication flowing between customers, designers, IDNOs, suppliers, subcontractors and the site teams. It's a busy role with loads of variety, one minute you're updating design registers, the next you're sorting materials or helping resolve an IDNO claim.
Your work helps make sure our projects land on time, on budget and to the right standard, and you'll play a big part in how we deliver for customers.
We're looking for someone who's organised, proactive and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same.
We're proud to be an equal opportunities employer. We welcome applications from all backgrounds and experiences, and we're committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
If you're interested in this opportunity please apply or reach out to Ipsum's Talent Team for more information.
