This role supports the mobilisation and growth of a newly launched project within Schools and Universities. It requires strong project management skills and experience in FM or construction. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects, liaise with clients, and ensure compliance while contributing to financial management and continuous improvement. Qualifications

  • Experience in FM, construction or maintenance environments.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and deliver small projects.
  • Experience in conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Support the PPP Contract Manager and Helpdesk in decision-making.
  • Deliver regular project updates to the local team.
  • Ensure all work complies with legal and contractual requirements.
  • Manage contractors and ensure projects meet quality standards.
