Qualifications

  • Business school or college certificate or related experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of SAP reporting functions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to balance high volume of activities and changing priorities.
  • Information seeking and achievement orientation, ability to solve problems both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to interact with all levels and foster a teamwork relationship.

Responsibilities

  • Manage support and coordination services for New Installations and Modernizations projects.
  • Interpret architectural drawings and blueprints for job estimates and bids.
  • Assist with processing project documentation and dealings with suppliers.
  • Support bid and quotation process, and monitor project milestones.
