Résumé du poste
A main contracting firm in Coventry is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee significant infrastructure projects. In this role, you will manage budgets, prepare financial reports, and ensure contract compliance. Ideal candidates should have prior experience in civil engineering and be within a reasonable commuting distance to the office. The position offers hybrid working, a competitive salary of £50,000 to £72,000, and an excellent benefits package including annual leave and pension contributions.

Qualifications
- Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor in heavy civil engineering.
- Proximity to Coventry office required, minimum three days a week.
Responsabilités
- Manage project budgets within approved limits.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts.
- Administer contracts and ensure compliance.
- Review contract variations and change orders.
- Prepare tender documents and evaluate bids.
- Conduct interim valuations and applications for payment.
