- Good numerical and communication skills.
- Computer literate in all Microsoft packages; able to learn in-house database systems eg SAP.
- Aware of aerospace products/platforms.
- Able to interface with people at all levels within Collins.
- Warehouse inventory management – receiving, shipping, issuing, and cycle counts.
- Customer unit receiving and shipping – including forklift usage and yard operations.
- Perform other tasks and learn new skills as required.

- Experience: industry specifics/insights, practical hands‑on skills, exposure to latest tools and technologies.
