Founded in 2020, they've built a strong reputation for delivering technically challenging commercial and residential projects across London and the Southeast. With a collaborative, pragmatic culture and flat structure, they're looking for someone confident working independently, technically strong, and keen to grow with the business.

This role is ideal for someone who's looking to take ownership of their work, step up into a senior role (if not already there), and contribute to the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.

The Role
  • Deliver electrical building services designs across all RIBA stages
  • Prepare detailed specifications, drawings, and contract documentation
  • Act as the electrical lead on projects, engaging with clients and external teams
  • Support with programme, cost, and scope management
  • Carry out lighting and cable calculations using tools such as Dialux and Trimble
  • Projects include commercial offices and multi-residential developments
What They're Looking For
  • Degree-qualified in Electrical or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years' experience in a building services consultancy
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Dialux, and cable sizing software
  • Strong understanding of building services coordination and delivery
  • Experience working with both commercial and residential developments
  • Member of CIBSE, IET or similar (Chartered or working towards)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Why Join?
  • Design-led consultancy with a modern, forward-thinking culture
  • Flat structure - you're empowered to own your projects
  • Technically interesting, high-profile London-based projects
  • Opportunity to help shape the future of a growing business
Benefits
  • Competitive salary (DOE)
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Pension contribution
