A leading global media company is seeking a Head of Compensation to join their People team. This strategic role involves shaping and enhancing the compensation strategy to attract and retain top talent. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in compensation and total rewards, knowledge of job architecture, and excellent data management skills. The role offers a hybrid work model with an expected salary range of £70,000 - £95,000 and various benefits including uncapped leave and profit-sharing bonuses.

The expected range for this role is £70,000 - £95,000. This is a Hybrid role from our London or Bath Office, working three days from the office, two from home.
