• Warehousing: Oversee seamless end-to-end warehouse operations, including inventory management, inbound/outbound logistics, and quality control to ensure efficient stock flow and order accuracy.
• Logistics Centres: Manage throughput efficiency and coordinate global transportation teams to meet delivery timelines and minimize errors.
• Delivery Stations: Drive last-mile logistics operations, supervise staff, manage route planning, and ensure on-time, high-quality service to B2B and B2C customers.
• Transportation Planning: Design and execute cost-effective transportation strategies, fleet scheduling, carrier negotiation, and route optimization.
