Project Development Manager - Environmental Services = Central Bedfordshire - £65000

Hello Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting a Project Development Manager for a consultancy service which has an environmentally friendly approach to their construction projects.

This role is integral to their overall operations and services and offers the opportunity to lead complex development projects, which could range in value from £250k to £25m.

Responsibilities
  • You will lead projects through the RIBA stages from conception to completion focusing on growth and implementation often within business development and making sure projects are delivered on time and within budget to the highest standards.
  • You will work closely with the in-house environmental, planning and design team as well as external consultancy partners.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Project or Business Management with several years of managing projects, resources, costs and people is essential.
  • Having a history of successfully delivering complex projects and satisfying stakeholders is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of JCT contracts would also be helpful coupled with the capacity to control and monitor budgets and manage resources efficiently.
