A producer of stunning printed communication materials for some of the largest retailers and brand owners in the UK has an opening for an adept Production Manager to oversee the print production, delivery process, and operations functions for all projects submitted to clients. Your duties will involve transferring client orders into feasible, cost-efficient delivery schedules using your extensive experience and knowledge of briefing, quoting, proofing, producing, kitting, and delivering outputs.

Acting as the main point of contact between the production and client management teams, you will demonstrate high-level communication skills, both written and verbal, and will build effective working relationships. You will show a positive attitude towards the company's progressive approach and collaborate effectively with subordinates and fellow managers.

We seek an adaptable individual, as daily duties will involve both supervisory and hands-on tasks. Candidates should be flexible, hardworking, dedicated, and motivated by working under pressure in a fast-paced yet rewarding environment. Strong knowledge of print production processes and experience in production planning are essential.

Versatility is valued; candidates with a range of experience within the printing industry are preferred. Experience in management is essential. Candidates with a CV including dispatch/packing experience will have an advantage.
