Job description

We are currently working with a well established, multi-site food manufacturer who are looking for a Senior Production Manager to join the team on a Mon‑Fri days hours.

This role would suit an Operations Manager/Manufacturing Manager or an experienced Production Manager looking for their next step up into senior management.

This role will be responsible for leading large teams, delivering and outputting high efficiency, quality & food safety standards and cost saving where possible. You will need to have a drive for CI and modern manufacturing standards across a fast paced, high volume site. Drive H&S, support internal & external audits, coach and develop team leaders and set up a progressive culture.

You will need to have proven leadership within a fast paced, high volume food manufacturer, ideally overseeing teams of 100-200+ reports and confidence to motivate, challenge and desire to expand the factories capabilities.
