Salary starting from £32,000, with night shift allowance increasing total package to £40,000.

With decades of expertise and a strong commitment to quality, they\'re seeking a hands-on, proactive Night Shift Production Supervisor to lead production operations, maintain high standards of food safety, and ensure efficient shift performance.

• Oversee and support nightly production ensuring all targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met.
• Ensure BRCGS, HACCP, GMP, and RSPO compliance across operations.
• Lead and motivate a team of operators, ensuring smooth handovers and shift continuity.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and safe working practices.
• Identify process improvements and liaise with maintenance to ensure equipment uptime.

• Solid understanding of food manufacturing processes and quality systems.
• Working knowledge of BRCGS, HACCP, and GMP.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot problems in real-time.
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
