About the role

Dumarey Green Power is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to lead promotional efforts and support sales administration. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Marketing Manager will drive brand awareness, manage marketing campaigns, and oversee events while also handling key sales admin tasks such as order entry and management. This role combines creative marketing strategy with operational support to ensure seamless customer experiences and business growth. The individual will collaborate closely with the sales team, providing insights and ensuring alignment between marketing initiatives and sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

·Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our innovative energy storage systems

·Plan and manage promotional events, including tradeshows, conferences, and webinars, to increase brand visibility

·Create and localise marketing materials (e.g., brochures, digital content) tailored to regional audiences

·Identify marketing trends and opportunities, feeding insights back to the Sales and Marketing Director

·Manage social media presence and digital marketing efforts to engage target audiences

·Handle sales administration tasks, including order entry, order tracking, and coordination with the sales team

·Support the sales team by preparing marketing collateral and providing customer-facing materials

·Analyse campaign performance and provide regular reports on marketing ROI and sales admin efficiency

·Collaborate with the sales team to align promotional efforts with regional sales goals

·Assist in developing annual marketing plans and budgets with the Sales and Marketing Director

Qualifications & Experience

·Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on promotions, events, and campaign management

·Strong knowledge of CRM systems, sales pipeline tools, and marketing analytics platforms

·Technical education or background in power, engineering, or electrical disciplines is a plus

·Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
