Brief Overview

This role sits at the crossroads of health, education, and social care – helping professionals and providers deliver better outcomes through innovation, training, and technology. They are now hiring their first-ever senior marketer. Someone who can define their digital strategy and build meaningful engagement across the education and care communities.

The role

It has a strong digital bias & you’ll take on a hands-on role with the freedom to shape strategy and make decisions. There is very little micro-management, and you will join a team that consistently sets trends in the sector. The work is mainly B2B, with some B2C, targeting schools, colleges, local authorities, and public-sector bodies.

You will define and deliver a unified digital marketing strategy aligned with objectives across brand, acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This includes driving measurable growth through SEO, PPC, and other performance marketing channels.

You’ll track marketing KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, lead volume, lead quality, cost per acquisition, and ROI. You will also oversee content marketing across blogs, case studies, white papers, video, and lead-generation assets. Website optimisation, inbound strategy, email marketing, and automation all fall under your remit.

In addition, you’ll refine tone of voice across multiple brands within the group, ensuring consistent messaging. You will also lead brand management, corporate communications, and presence at industry events, webinars, and conferences.

Who we’re looking for

We’re seeking a Head of Digital with at least five years’ experience in a senior marketing position, with strong responsibility for SEO and PPC in a B2B or professional services setting. Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or consumer-focused sectors would be ideal.

You’ll need the ability to analyse SEO and PPC data trends, interpret analytics, and use insights to shape strategy and measure performance. The right candidate will be a data-driven marketer who can combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution. Every campaign should be measurable, optimised, and aligned with revenue goals.

You’ll also be a brand builder capable of turning complex technology or services into messages that resonate emotionally—particularly in purpose-driven sectors such as education and care. This role offers autonomy, experimentation, and the freedom to do your best work.
