Overview

Very excited to be working with a B2B SaaS start-up on the hunt for a Marketing Manager in Bristol!

They are a marketing technology business, selling the first AI-platform in the world that helps brands identify influence and gather genuine consumer insights. They've just had one of the world's leading behavioural thinkers (who has been on Diary of a CEO!) join them as an advisor, and are looking to grow.

They've made incredible progress with challenger brands like Abel & Cole and leading charities like RSPCA, and are keen to continue their expansion as a bold & memorable SaaS business.

The Role

They're looking for an analytical, organised marketer with a creative instinct. Someone structured, curious and a strong communicator. Someone who loves telling stories, has strong marketing fundamentals and delivers high quality work end-to-end, turning behavioural science into compelling content.

You'll play a huge part in marketing events, shaping how they communicate product & value, and work closely with the other team member who owns the brand creative direction. You'll :

Marketing & Strategy
  • Feed strong marketing fundamentals into strategy
  • Create clear, customer-central messaging that explains the problems we solve
  • Turn behavioural science principles into compelling content
Events
  • Own concept development : what we speak about and why
  • Plan and organise logistics, partners, suppliers and internal contributors
  • Run events with personality
  • Manage high-quality follow-up and lead-nurture processes
  • Analyse results
Communication & Content
  • Write production-ready copy across channels
  • Shape stories that make our customers the heroes
  • Support public speaking - ideally represent us at events yourself!
Who are you?
  • Strong marketing foundations (formal training preferred)
  • Ideally B2B SaaS experience
  • Detail-orientated and exceptionally organised
  • Outstanding written communication and storytelling ability
  • Strategic thinking, analytical
  • Experience running events end-to-end
  • Comfortable public speaking
  • Interest in behavioural science
  • Customer-obsessed, problem-first thinker
  • Thrives in a fast-moving environment
  • Ideally experience building audiences and analysing LinkedIn Ads
  • Ideally experience using Hubspot

This is based in their Bristol office (hybrid, 3 days in office per week).
