The Product Line is seeking a Product Delivery Manager to support the Workflow Automation Product team. This role involves shaping the future of product delivery and crafting solutions that improve customer experiences. The Product Delivery Manager will oversee the delivery of products to clients, lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and coordinate with stakeholders. The role requires creating solutions and efficiencies to enable successful and organized implementations.

• Lead end-to-end product delivery processes, including intake, migrations, release management, operationalization, feasibility assessments, and performance reporting. Identify opportunities for efficiency and coordination improvements.
• Manage change activities across functional partners, ensuring compliance with risk, controls, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor timelines and dependencies, address blockers, and liaise with stakeholders and partners.
• Apply experience or expertise in product delivery and program management.

• Ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
• Strong understanding of delivery processes and a track record of implementing continuous improvements.
• Experience in release management, deployment strategies, and managing large technology products and migrations.

• Proficiency in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Pega, or Power Automate.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
