We are seeking a results-drivenProduct Manager for Card Issuing to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our issuing products across. This role is responsible for driving innovation, ensuring regulatory and compliance alignment, and delivering seamless partner and cardholder experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Operations, Compliance, Development, Risk, Finance, and Partnerships to deploy and scale industry-leading issuing solutions.

How we work:

We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.

The impact you will have:
  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for card issuing, aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities and competitive differentiators to grow market share.
  • Build strong business cases for new initiatives, including revenue projections and cost analysis.
  • Translate customer, partner, and market needs into detailed requirements and user stories.
  • Partner with Engineering and Operations to deliver scalable, compliant, and innovative card products.
  • Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including go-to-market readiness and post-launch optimization.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and Finance teams to ensure regulatory alignment and sound financial performance.
  • Act as subject matter expert for issuing products internally and externally.
  • Support Commercialization, Sales and Marketing with product positioning, collateral, and client engagements.
  • Drive adoption and revenue growth through pricing strategies, feature enhancements, and customer experience improvements.
  • Monitor product KPIs, profitability, and operational performance, making data-driven recommendations.
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships critical to card issuance and processing.
What we’re looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field of study (ex. Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of degree, required.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, required, preferably in payments, card issuing, fintech, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of card issuing (prepaid, debit, credit), BIN sponsorship, card processing, and network (Visa, Mastercard) requirements.
  • Proven ability to develop product strategies and deliver results.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with compliance (KYC, AML, PCI-DSS) and regulatory considerations in issuing.
