We're looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our site in Dumbarton, responsible for managing the development and lifecycle of both new and existing products, combining market-driven product management with hands‑on engineering design.

• Lead the design and development of new products and enhancements to existing ones
• Translate market needs into technical specifications and product requirements
• Apply engineering principles to ensure product performance, reliability, and manufacturability
• Conduct feasibility studies, failure analysis, and implement design improvements
• Oversee prototype development, testing, and validation
• Support manufacturing, testing, and operations teams with technical guidance
• Support the improvement of HSE performance via product design and operational guidance, ensuring safety is given top priority.
• Provide support and mentorship for team members

• Proven experience in electrical product design and development
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, testing, and validation
• Experience managing moderately complex projects with minimal oversight
• Degree in Electrical Engineering
