We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to facilitate Presales-wide programs like the Presales Academy enablement sessions, and to collect, track, and help analyze information about wins, activities, and sales initiatives. You'll leverage creativity, excellent communication skills, and previous experience to create clear and concise reports of key findings.

AI will be a central tool in your daily work, offering a unique opportunity to refine technical skills, contribute to a next-generation Presales organization, and gain visibility with leadership.

YOUR IMPACT

Uncovering key learnings from previous deals that can influence the success of future ones is critical to OpenText's success. This role directly supports that by managing the processes where we collect, track, and analyze data. In this role, you will work with Presales leaders to ensure the completeness and quality of their contributions and to help them identify learning that should be shared with other teams, like Product Management. Strong organizational skills are essential, as you will need to track the completion of tools across teams on a weekly basis and gently motivate co-workers to provide critical information.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Excellent organizational skills, demonstrated by previous experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Previous experience arranging and facilitating large virtual or live sessions
• Some experience with data analysis a plus
• Proficiency with using GenAI to assist in daily work
• Ability to represent data clearly and create executive summaries
• Strong communication skills with an ability to simplify complex ideas
• Excellent writing skills for crafting clear, impactful content
• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in tech
