An infrastructure management organization is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead strategic procurement initiatives. This role involves fostering relationships with stakeholders, conducting market analysis, and creating innovative tender packs that attract top suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of procurement regulations and proven expertise in stakeholder management, driving excellence and efficiency in procurement processes. Qualificações
- Hands-on understanding of the end-to-end procurement process.
- In-depth knowledge of Procurement Act 23 and Procurement Contract Regulations 2015.
- Experience in developing innovative contract models like NEC.
