Senior Quantity Surveyor- Tier 1 main contractor - Poplar

Salary : £75,000 - £95,000 + package (dependent on experience)

A Tier 1 main contractor with a very busy 2026 pipeline is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team to work on a large-scale Cut & Carve project based in Central / East London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with two-stage procurement experience who has worked for leading contractors previously to secure a position which allows you to run a prestigious project from the offset.

The ideal candidate would have experience of leading schemes of £25m + from PCSA stage while managing a small team of assistant / project QS'. In order to attract the right people my client is happy to offer a package increase of 5-10% as justified by experience.

• Project : Cut & Carve Commercial scheme in Central London
• Location : Poplar
• Salary : £75,000 - 95,000 + package (dependent on experience)
• Start : ASAP but can wait for the right persons notice period
• Type : Permanent
