Job summary
A leading hospitality firm is seeking a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to drive strategic insights and support growth plans. This role involves leading a team and collaborating closely with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insights. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, financial analysis experience, and a background in hospitality expertise. This position offers a hybrid working model with four days in the office.
Qualifications
- Experience in a senior finance role, preferably in hospitality.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical skills and financial modeling experience.

Head of Financial Planning & Analysis - Hospitality Sector Location : SW London Salary : £90,000 - £100,000 Hybrid : Hybrid - 4 office days per week
About the Company Our client is a leading operator in the premium casual dining sector, combining a collection of modern brasseries with a growing portfolio of high-quality pubs and boutique rooms across the UK. Backed by a major private equity investor, the business is on a strong growth trajectory, with plans to significantly expand its estate and quadruple profits over the next few years. With close to 50 successful sites, the business is entering an exciting phase of growth and transformation.
Reporting to the Finance Director and working closely with the wider leadership team, the Head of FP&A will drive strategic decision-making and deliver commercial insight to support ambitious expansion plans. You will lead a team of three, partner with senior stakeholders, and play a key role in commercial analysis, investment appraisal and long-term financial planning - offering strong exposure to private equity investors and involvement in a future exit.
