Job description
Apex Resources are seeking multiple Funds Regulatory Lawyers, at all levels, for roles across asset management, private equity, investment services and leading law firms.
We are interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following:
- AIFMD or UCITS regulation
- Fund formation or structuring
- Private equity / hedge funds
- Investment management agreements
- Regulatory compliance within asset management
