Head of Financial Planning & Analysis - Hospitality Sector Location : SW London Salary : £90,000 - £100,000 Hybrid : Hybrid - 4 office days per week

Backed by a major private equity investor, the business is on a strong growth trajectory, with plans to significantly expand its estate and quadruple profits over the next few years. With close to 50 successful sites, the business is entering an exciting phase of growth and transformation.

Reporting to the Finance Director and working closely with the wider leadership team, the Head of FP&A will drive strategic decision-making and deliver commercial insight to support ambitious expansion plans. You will lead a team of three, partner with senior stakeholders, and play a key role in commercial analysis, investment appraisal and long-term financial planning - offering strong exposure to private equity investors and involvement in a future exit.
