Job summary

A leading Private Equity Business in the City of London is seeking an experienced Fund Controller to run and integrate an independent function. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with at least 6 years of post-qualification experience, preferably as a Senior Fund Controller or Director in Private Equity. This role reports directly to the CFO and involves considerable exposure to financial structures, particularly in the secondaries market.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of post qualification experience.
• Experience as a Senior Fund Controller or Director in Private Equity.
• Worked as a Senior Manager or Director within a large audit/asurance function.

Responsibilities

• Run and integrate an independent function.
• Report directly to the CFO.
• Manage relevant structures in finance.
