We're looking for a creative, strategic, and highly organised UK Brand Manager to build brand awareness, foster community, lead brand activations, and drive influencer collaborations and partnership networks in the UK.

The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of experience growing beauty or lifestyle brands through influencer marketing, event management, and brand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Events & Partnerships Strategy

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute branded events and activations in the UK to drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Oversee all event logistics, including venue selection, guest management, creative direction, and production execution.
  • Develop compelling brand materials (digital and print) to support events and ensure a seamless brand experience.
  • Create content from events and implement it across all customer touchpoints in collaboration with the global team.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic brand partnerships with aligned businesses and lifestyle brands.
  • Track and analyse event and partnership performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.


2. Influencer & Brand Ambassador Network
  • Identify and onboard influencers with high brand affinity, ensuring authentic partnerships that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Maintain relationships with macro-influencers and high-impact brand partners, securing collaborations aligned with Lelive's positioning.
  • Build and manage a UK-based network of micro-influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators, fostering strong relationships to drive organic brand advocacy.
  • Develop and oversee an influencer monthly drop program, ensuring alignment with brand storytelling and product launches.
  • Manage influencer contracts, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring a high standard of content output.
  • Track and measure the impact of influencer collaborations, reporting on engagement, reach, and sales conversion metrics.


3. Brand Perception & Market Insights
  • Collect customer and influencer feedback to assess brand perception and identify areas for improvement in messaging, packaging, and product positioning.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and social media shifts to continuously refine Lelive's brand strategy.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to optimise brand visibility, influencer partnerships, and event effectiveness in the UK market.


Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in brand marketing, influencer partnerships, event management, or creative brand strategy, ideally within the beauty, skincare, or lifestyle industry.
  • A proven track record of growing brands through influencer networks, partnerships, and experiential marketing.
  • Strong branding and creative direction skills, with an understanding of what makes a brand visually compelling and memorable.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage influencer relationships, agency partners, and freelancers effectively.
  • Hands-on experience in event planning, coordination, and production, with a strong eye for detail and execution.
  • Ability to develop high-quality brand materials, including event assets, social media content, and printed collateral.
  • Experience managing agency and freelancer collaborations, ensuring top-tier creative execution.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness, with a strong understanding of consumer trends and influencer marketing.
  • Based in London or surrounding.
