  • Brand & Marketing: ensure Cappfinity’s story is communicated with creativity, consistency, and impact across every channel.
  • Client Creative: follow client brand guidelines in building seamless branded user interfaces and production of immersive content on our assessment platform.
  • Product/UX/UI: advocate for a user‑centred design process in the evolution of our web‑based software products, striving to make them intuitive, engaging, and accessible.
  • Collaboration with colleagues across the business to scope requirements, advise on creative approaches, and deliver high‑quality, impactful design.
  • Stay hands‑on primarily in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and PowerPoint to produce day‑to‑day creative work as needed.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • Passionate about great design, with 5+ years’ experience in UX/UI or a similar role. Skilled at confidently advocating for design best practices and communicating their value with professionalism.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, keen and able to work closely with creative colleagues, senior stakeholders, and other team members across the business.
  • Comfort in starting from ambiguity, then scoping and refining requirements collaboratively in real time.

  • Curiosity and drive to learn new Creative & Design styles, techniques, and tools.
  • An eye for consistency, detail, and craft ensuring our work feels premium and cohesive across every touchpoint.
  • Ideally, experience producing video & motion work, although while this is not essential, a keenness to learn would be an advantage.
