A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Senior Development Planner in London to assist with various planning applications. Candidates should have a degree in planning with RTPI accreditation and experience in high-rise projects. This role offers a great opportunity to work with one of the best developers in London.
Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 plus package

A Senior Development Planner is urgently required for a high-end, high-rise London Developer who are committed to the highest standards of design, construction, and service.
The role will be to assist the Land team within the Planning department, handling a varied range of planning applications for immediate sites that will vary in complexity and in varied locations of zones 2 – 4 in London. The role offers a broad area of responsibility for all areas of the development process, including planning policy and promotional work, along with detailed development management and delivery.
The role will suit an experienced planner who has experience of working in a Planning Consultancy or a Developer and having experience of working on high-rise schemes in London.
This role will suit someone with initiative, who is committed and commercially minded. The successful applicant will have a degree in planning with RTPI accreditation and a rounded knowledge of planning.
