Financial Planner - London. Our client is a leading organization with UK and global offices, offering a unique advice proposition that supports expanding their presence in London and the Southeast.
As a Financial Planner in London, you will work alongside the Director of the UK business, advising face-to-face with UK-wide clients (majority in the South East) on medium to longer-term financial objectives. You will also support the Head of Repatriation with clients returning to the UK.
You will be responsible for advising in areas including Lump Sum Investment, Retirement Planning, Life Insurance, and General Estate Tax Planning.
Whether you are an experienced financial planner seeking a new challenge or a recent university graduate, our client offers a unique proposition in the international wealth management space. They provide an unrivalled support network across compliance, training, back office, recruitment, tech, and marketing, enabling you to build a future you can be proud of while living in exceptional locations.
The most important USP for our client is their strong regulatory background, which has existed since inception.
They hold the necessary licenses to operate in every jurisdiction where they have a physical presence.
Behind their licensing and client offering is a dedicated internal compliance team. Their due diligence supports ongoing terms of business with investment and insurance providers while staying ahead of regulatory changes.
They have an industry-leading investment proposition, regularly reviewed by their investment committee. Their investment philosophy emphasizes four principles: consistency, long-term growth, quality investments, and diversification.
Advisers are supported by a large operations team handling queries from providers, trustees, and clients to ensure smooth issuance of new business advice.
Business Development Managers introduce their unique proposition before setting up initial meetings with advisers. They are supported by a UK-based marketing team that creates brochures, sales aids, and advertising campaigns.
The team ethos is strong; advisers, BDMs, and administrative staff work closely together, creating a supportive, collaborative environment.
