Job summary

- Lead, plan and coordinate education, training and supervision of Physiotherapists.
- Provide advanced physiotherapy assessment and treatment to patients with complex needs.
- Represent the Physiotherapy service in multi-disciplinary team settings.
- Ensure service meets specialty KPIs and support pelvic health service targets.
- Determine clinical diagnosis and treatment, maintaining records as an autonomous practitioner.
- Organise clinical caseload effectively and efficiently.
- Support management and training of Physiotherapy staff.
- Ensure service targets are met daily; coordinate with Physiotherapy colleagues during pressure times.
- Guide, train and evaluate staff for career progression.
- Coordinate evidence-based audit and research projects.
