We are looking for a skilled and passionate MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) technology stack. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with client goals and user needs.

• Build and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express, React, and Node. Ensure seamless integration and consistent functionality across all layers of the application.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend logic. Focus on creating scalable, maintainable, and secure endpoints for various application features.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability. Use best practices to enhance performance, reduce load times, and manage data efficiently.
• Collaborate in Agile teams with designers and QA engineers. Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and regular stand-ups to ensure alignment and quality.
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues. Identify root causes of bugs and implement effective solutions to maintain application stability.
• Write unit and integration tests. Ensure code reliability and coverage using appropriate testing tools and frameworks.

• Must have good previous professional experience in MERN stack development.
• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Hands-on with Express.js, React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB.
• Familiar with Git, Agile workflows, and DevOps basics.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
