In this role, you will interpret client briefs, produce working drawings, and prepare technical documentation using software such as AutoCAD and Revit, while ensuring compliance with the latest legislation. - Architectural Technician contributing to exciting residential developments.
- Producing accurate working drawings and ensuring compliance with current building regulations.
- Working on housing projects ranging from 70 units up to 5,000 units.
- Liaising closely with Technical and Site teams at housebuilders, providing expert technical guidance.
- Hybrid working: based in the Romsey office 3 days per week.
- Proven experience as an Architectural Technician.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential developments, national housing projects, and building regulations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with Revit is a strong advantage.
- Ambitious, eager to learn, and motivated to progress within a growing practice.
