A leading recruitment firm in the East Midlands is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage payroll functions for around 400 employees. You will be responsible for payroll production, reporting, and ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations while liaising with external auditors. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and have experience in payroll management and reporting.

Aufgaben
- Manage production and reconciliation of payroll information.
- Produce financial year-end payroll reports.
- Support HR with workforce data.
- Conduct external liaising with auditors and HMRC.
- Review and recommend improvements to procedures.
Kenntnisse
Fabulous opportunity to be part of a friendly finance team to manage the payroll function for the organisation of around 400 employees. You will be immediately available or on short notice you will be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team. Technically proficient in liaising with HMRC and working closely with finance to produce payroll reports.
- Production, importing and reconciliation of payroll information between payroll and finance nominal ledger system
- Production of Financial Year end payroll reports for use within the audited financial year end accounts
- Support HR with workforce data and HR metrics
- Responsible for correct application of company maternity/paternity/shared parental leave and sickness absence management
- External liaison with bodies such as auditors, HMRC etc
- Review current procedures and recommend any improvements to working practices
- Responsible for the accurate input, calculation and payment of all data relating to staff payments and deductions for payroll
- Responsible for all tax documentation such as P60's, P45's, year-end reporting, P11d's expenses and benefits in kind calculations and returns.
