A well-established children's charity based in Cannock is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead a small team and oversee HR administration, payroll processes, and data management. The ideal candidate will have strong employment law knowledge and experience managing HR teams. This role managing HR operations with a well-established children's charity, is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys getting into the detail while influencing at a strategic level.
Leading a small, fast-paced People team, reporting to the Head of HR, you ll take ownership of HR administration, payroll processes, HR systems and data - ensuring everything runs smoothly, compliantly and efficiently.
This role is based in Cannock, Staffordshire - easily commutable from Wolverhampton, Walsall, Dudley, Burton, Stoke - with some options for home working too.
Salary of up to GBP44,500 depending on your qualifications, skills and experience, plus benefits including healthcare cash plan, pension, staff discount and 31 days holiday (inc. bank hols)
