A leading environmental services provider in Dundee, Scotland is seeking a Payroll Administrator to oversee multi-state payroll processing. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with labor laws and provide excellent service to employees. Responsibilities include processing payroll for up to 500 employees and preparing certified payroll reports. Must possess solid payroll experience and strong skills in ADP Workforce Now and Excel.
As the sole Payroll Administrator, you will manage multi-state payroll processing for the organization. In this role, you’ll ensure payroll and benefits are administered accurately and in compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws. Your knowledge of the Davis-Bacon Act, prevailing wage requirements, and certified payroll reporting will be essential to our operations.
