Accounts Assistant – Part Time (20 hours per week)
Based in Pitsea | Office-based | Small, Friendly Team
We are a small and welcoming team looking for a part-time Accounts Assistant to join us in our Pitsea office. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a close-knit environment and is confident supporting a variety of accounting tasks.
- Part-time: Monday to Friday (4 hours per day, 20 hours per week)
- Office-based (Pitsea) – must be able to attend the office every day
- Previous experience in an accounts role (essential)
- Strong understanding of sub-contractors, CIS, and DRC VAT
- Proficient in Excel, including VLOOKUP, filters, pivot tables, etc.
- Background in Accounts Payable
- Solid knowledge of COS vs Overheads
- Quick learner with the ability to work independently
- Reliable and committed to working 5 days a week
- A permanent contract / permanent role
