Overview

Part time care assistant required for private household (Wick BS30)

My home is approximately 10 minutes from Kingswood 22 minutes from Bath, or 25 minutes from Bristol centre and there's free parking just outside.

I'm looking for a care assistant to join our lovely team to help me with my day to day needs in my own house. I'm a disabled lady who uses a wheelchair and I share my home with a small dog (so dog lovers a bonus).

Responsibilities

• Daily activities within the home
• Personal care tasks
• Cleaning/shopping
• Meal preparation
• Driving to appointments or social activities
• Telephone calls/form filling
• Maintaining confidentiality

Hours and Schedule

I'm mainly looking for cover for the following hours:

• Every Monday 4.30-6.30 p.m
• Every other Saturday 8 a.m-2 p.m
• Every other Saturday 9-11 p.m
• Every other Sunday 9 a.m or 9.30 a.m-1 p.m or 1.30 p.m and 9-11 p.m

There will be other shifts available on a ‘as and when basis’

Compensation

The wages are £12.40 per hour on a weekday, £15.40 per hour on weekends.

Bank holidays and after 9 p.m on a weekday are paid at weekend rate.
