A prominent UK company in Wolverhampton is seeking a proactive Administrator to join their Company Secretarial & Legal team. This full-time position entails providing administrative support for legal matters, managing shareholder queries, and assisting with corporate governance tasks. The ideal candidate will excel in a busy environment, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. We're looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Administrator to join our Company Secretarial & Legal team here at Marston's. You'll be joining a small, friendly but busy team and the role plays a crucial part in supporting the Company Secretary & Legal function, providing high‑quality administrative support across legal and governance matters, including contract administration, dealing with shareholder queries, and maintaining important company records and filings.
For the right candidate, there is also an opportunity to support our sustainability strategy by joining our sustainability taskforce. This is a fantastic role for someone who thrives in a busy, dynamic environment, is confident dealing with people at all levels of seniority and has excellent organisational skills. This is a full‑time role based at our fantastic Pub Support Centre in Wolverhampton, which offers an open‑plan environment with collaborative working spaces and even its own pub.
Salary: From £25,000 (depends on skills & experience)
Hours: 35 hrs per week, award‑winning modern & sustainable office with the option of hybrid working.
Leave: 33 days annual leave, with the option to buy/sell up to 5 additional days per year.
Location: Pub Support Centre, Wolverhampton (open‑plan environment with collaborative working spaces and its own pub).
