Office Administrator – Conveyancing Team (Full Time, Permanent – Milton Keynes, £24,000 per annum) – Ref No: IPRS7405

Our client is looking for an Office Administrator to provide effective administration support to their Conveyancing Team. This role is office based; applications for full time work are preferred; free onsite parking is included.

Role overview

  • Incoming post collection, opening and sorting promptly
  • Scanning and attachment of all incoming post to case management files
  • Managing unallocated post
  • Managing original post items and filing as directed
  • Completing all admin tasks received from teams working remotely
  • Outgoing post sorting, paying sufficient postage and ensuring right on time to be collected by Royal Mail daily
  • Managing own email account
  • Managing all visitors and deliveries to the offices

Where capacity exists, to also assist with –

  • Initial administration work on new matter files
  • Ad hoc support to the teams when needed
  • Any other duties appropriate to the role as may reasonably be required from time to time

Training will be provided – experience is not essential.
