Property Solicitor - Agricultural and Rural

Award winning practice is looking for a senior level property solicitor to join their busy agricultural team to work on a range of agricultural land and property work. As the agriculture solicitor in this strong agricultural team, you will be working on agricultural landlord and tenant, partnerships, joint ventures and other rural enterprise matters. This property solicitor will be joining the property team in Salisbury.

Working for a number of estates, farming businesses and institutional clients, you will be working on a varied transactional caseload to include agricultural tenancies, sales and purchases, equestrian properties and much more. This team are looking to hire due to growth in the team.

You will be a qualified solicitor from a reputable firm. This would suit a solicitor from 5 years' PQE. Please apply if you have agricultural experience from a wider commercial property background and an active interest in agricultural and rural property.
