The Role:

You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload involving:

• Estate and tax planning for high-net-worth individuals
• Drafting and administering trusts
• Probate and estate administration
• Wills and lasting powers of attorney
• Advising on inheritance tax and capital gains tax matters

The Ideal Candidate:

• Solid experience across the spectrum of private client matters, particularly tax, trusts and probate
• Able to handle complex matters with confidence and professionalism
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Comfortable managing a busy caseload independently
• A STEP qualification (or intention to pursue it) is highly desirable
