Award-winning, Legal 500 ranked law firm are looking to recruit an experienced Professional Misconduct Solicitor to join their prestigious legal team based in Manchester.

About the role

Within this Professional Misconduct Solicitor, you will be working on behalf of the Teachers Regulation Authority and your day‑to‑day duties may include:

• Drafting allegations
• Managing your own caseload of complex issues with regards to prosecuting teachers on safeguarding issues, inappropriate contact and grooming
• Representing a wide variety of clients including state and private schools, universities and sixth forms

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have at least 4+ years PQE within Regulatory Law, ideally with experience in Professional Misconduct, acting for Professional Regulators or with experience in a professional body.
