A leading South-East law firm is seeking a Family Solicitor (NQ – 3 years PQE) to join their Maidenhead office. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a supportive, high-quality family law team handling both contentious and non-contentious matters.

The Maidenhead office provides clients with a broad suite of family law services, including divorce and separation, child custody/access, maintenance, financial remedies, and cohabitation agreements. The team also places emphasis on mediation, negotiation, and alternative dispute resolution.

About the Role

You will be part of a busy Family Law team advising clients on:

  • Divorce, separation, and financial remediesChild arrangements, custody, and maintenance
  • Cohabitation agreements, pre- and post-nuptial agreements
  • Mediation and alternative dispute resolution

The role involves both client-facing work and court-based proceedings, giving you exposure to a full spectrum of family law matters.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ – 3 years PQE)
  • Strong technical knowledge of family law
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach
  • Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively with senior solicitors
  • Experience in mediation and alternative dispute resolution is desirable
