A local council in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled Property Solicitor for a temporary 3-month assignment. Overview

On behalf of a local council we seek a Property Solicitor experienced in Right to Buy matters, buy‑backs, consent orders, sale and purchase of properties, Assets of Community Value applications and lease extensions/renewals. Excellent client rapport and familiarity with IKEN or a similar Case Management System are essential.
