Are you ready to elevate your legal career? This award-winning Corporate and Commercial team is growing, and now looking for a talented and experienced Corporate Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join their dynamic and supportive team in Eastbourne.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-performing team, working on a wide range of significant and complex transactions from day one. You'll be involved in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate restructuring, and corporate refinancing.

Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to work on specialised matters such as EMIS, EOTs, shareholder agreements, corporate governance, and various transactional projects for charities and social enterprises.

Requirements:

You must be an experienced Corporate Solicitor (likely 3 years+ PQE) with close connections to the South East (ideally Sussex, Kent or Surrey).

You'll have proven experience in corporate and banking transactions including experience handling multi-million pound transactions, excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and support colleagues, strong communication skills.
