Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor looking to grow your career within a supportive, forward-thinking firm? We’re seeking a Solicitor with 1–2 years’ PQE from a recognised regional or national firm to join our established Commercial Property team.

What You Will Be Doing

You will manage a varied commercial property caseload, including:

  • Reviewing registered and unregistered titles, searches and CPSE enquiries
  • Drafting and negotiating leases, contracts and related documents
  • Handling straightforward freehold sales and purchases
  • Supporting corporate transactions with property due diligence
  • Managing completions, post-completion work, Land Registry applications and SDLT
  • Maintaining AML compliance and accurate file management
  • Communicating directly with clients and supporting senior fee-earners
What We’re Looking For
  • UK-qualified Solicitor with 1–2 years’ PQE in commercial property
